Canapes to start:

·         Peeled fresh Mooloolaba king prawns, spiced cocktail sauce – 5pp GF 

 Vegetarian option – Salt and pepper fried tofu bits, mushrooms, sticky lime and ginger chilli glaze V GF

       ·         Duck, chive and cranberry arancini, preserved lemon mayonnaise – 2pp –

Indian vegetable fritters, mango jam – 2pp V GF

·         Shredded pork rillettes, baguette, spiced apple relish –

 Ginger spiced taro cakes, sweet miso eggplant – 2pp GF V

 To follow:

·         Smoked chicken breast salad, mango, roasted red onions, cherry tomatoes, sprouts, mixed leaves, mango dressing  GF     

 Vegetarian – Same salad with grilled haloumi cheese – GF V

 Again, to follow:

·         Roasted pork belly, rosemary roasted baby potatoes, honey and caraway carrots, port and mustard gravy – sauce is not GF   

 Vegetarian – Sweetcorn and water chestnut cakes, roasted potatoes, honey and caraway carrots, broccolini.  GF V
