note that weight is taken prior to peeling, expect 50% loss. Includes my cocktail sauce. Order in 500g increments.

Cocktail Sauce - $6 for 200 gm
Roasted free range pork belly - $60 per kg
Cooked and ready to re-heat. Served in a disposable foil tray. Red wine and port gravy included. Order in 500g increments.
Peachester gold ham off the bone - $40 per kg
Thick sliced, mandarin and pineapple marmalade, cinnamon, nutmeg, honey, brown sugar. Served in a disposable foil tray. Order in 500g increments.
Roasted duck shank nibbles - $40 per kg
Cooked and ready to re-heat. Served in a disposable foil tray. Orange, BBQ, soy and ginger glaze. Order in 500g increments.
